A thoroughly modern estate agency, Real Estates has been created with customer service at its core. The team have over 50 years of property sales experience between them coupled with an intimate knowledge of the local property market. Between us we speak French, English, German and Spanish.

Although located in a prime site in popular Céret, we understand that 95% of all property buyers begin their search on the internet, this is why we have invested in the latest and most effective web technologies in order to assure a maximum of reach out to our market. When searching for a new home in the sun most buyers want succinct descriptions, informative floorplans and detailed photographs which is what we aim to deliver.

The team

Paul Garidou - Managing Director	James Edgecombe - Sales Director
Managing director Paul has worked as an estate agent in the area for almost forty years and possesses a deep understanding of the local market, its trends and conditions, in addition to the legal aspects surrounding all forms of property transactions. He is responsible for two estate agent brands in the immediate area and spends his time between the various offices. Paul speaks French and Spanish.	As sales director James has overall responsibility for managing and directing property sales from the Céret office. Before settling in the Pyrénées-Orientales in 2006 James worked in a variety of customer-facing sales roles in the UK, the United States, Spain and France. James has now lived in France for a total of 15+ years and understands well the challenges people face when looking to relocate to a different country and culture. James speaks English and French with some Spanish.
Kristl Woollard - Property Sales	Peter Woollard - Property Sales
Property sales specialist Kristl came to the south of France in 2002 and has since acquired an excellent knowledge of the area. This local know-how, combined with more than 10 years of international property experience, makes Kristl an indispensible asset to our customers, helping to save them time and money while securing them their dream home. Kristl speaks English, French and German.	Property sales specialist Peter has spent the last 5 years focused on the Céret property market. With 30 years of experience in customer-focused roles behind him and a sixth sense for internet research, Peter excels at finding and presenting our customers with exactly the kind of properties they want to view. Peter speaks English and French.
Annie Swaine - Property Sales	Paula Duarte - Property Sales
Property sales specialist Annie spent more than 20 years in a fast-paced and demanding customer service role before moving to the Pyrénées-Orientales in 2010 and joining Real Estates. She brings huge energy and enthusiasm to everything she tackles and is an excellent property finding partner to our customers. Annie speaks English and French.	Sales specialist Paula worked in overseas property sales for three years before moving to the Pyrénées-Orientales and joining the Real Estates team. Paula will rise to any challenge and always puts the customer's needs first. Paula speaks fluent French, German, Portuguese and Luxemburgish with conversational English.
Nicole Edgecombe - Administrator
Company administrator Nicole is the organised one; responsible for the smooth running of the back office (accounts, contracts, staff matters etc) in addition to all French/English translation, there is no shortage of things to do. Nicole speaks French, English and Spanish.
