A delightful small mountain residence with land reaching right down to a river which flows year long. This charming mountain retreat is an ideal place for lovers of nature, peace and tranquility with just the sound of the running water and birds. It is not, however for the feint hearted, as the road leading to it is a very narrow, winding mountain road edging a deep gorge. Once there, the 15 minute mountain drive is worth it and one soon gets used to a road like this, although you won't want to forget the bread or the milk!

The house does not sit entirely alone as there is a small mas just opposite on the other side of the road. There is off street parking for two cars, and then a ramp and a few steps lead down to the house itself. There is a good sized garden to the front of the house with a running water source, a large barbeque area, a shed and vegetable garden. The rest of the land is meadow leading down to the river.

The accommodation includes: sitting room with fireplace and french windows leading onto small terrace, steps lead up from the sitting room to a mezzanine, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom.
