A character two bedroom village house in the charming medieval Catalan village of Arles sur Tech. The house is believed to be of medieval origins and may have been priests accommodation for its neighbouring 13th century church. This stone built house is in the heart of the village and therefore benefits from all local amenities. Between the house and the church is a tiny parcel of land which belongs to the house. The current owner has sought permission to knock a door through the side of the house giving direct access to this parcel which could either been transformed into a charming terrace or small garden or even off street parking (to be approved by the local Mairie).
