• Carry out any small maintenance points prior to the valuation that may detract from the value
• Open shutters to allow in natural light and turn on lights to help photography
• Imagine that you are buying the house yourself. How would it look at its best for you?
• Don’t forget the outside. If you have a garden terrace or courtyard, get it ready for viewing.
• Added extras, like flowers, improve photographs and make a great first impression.
• Remember one good photograph is worth a thousand words.
